Don’t Deprive…Eat for Your Body and THRIVE!
- Eat whatever you want. Don’t deny yourself a particular food.
- Eat based on physical hunger, rather than on emotions like sadness or boredom.
- Recognize your body’s signals for being hungry and full.
- Respect your body and accept that it is beautiful at any size.

So, instead of dieting and obsessing over weight, try focusing on the overall health of your body and learning to listen to its eating signals. You may just be healthier and happier for it!
