Future Employers are Interviewing You: Are you also Interviewing Them?

Future Employers are Interviewing You: Are you also Interviewing Them?

Think about the following questions:
  • What is the style of leadership I would find here?
  • Could you provide some examples of projects on which I would be working?
  • What specific skills would you say are needed for this position?
  • What types of opportunities are available for advancement?
  • What is your policy on arriving to work late? (Just kidding, NEVER ask this question)
These are just a few of the questions you might ask a potential employer. Please remember that the questions you ask will also give the person interviewing you a window into your thoughts, so proceed with caution. Think about the questions you will ask and balance your need for information with the way you will appear to a potential employer. The following links provide more information on questions you can ask during a job interview.
